To Do List before freezing temps this weekend:

1. Disconnect garden hoses from outside faucet spigots
2. Turn off outdoor faucet spigots at their Interior Shut-off valve (usually located approximately 12” from the exterior wall from where the outside faucet spigot is located. Usually found in the basement ceiling.

I was reading a friends post where he was sharing a memory of his mother. It got me thinking. What if we all did something in the next few days to honor a person that we respect, repeat the things that they did that were so memorable to us- An act of generosity, a kind word, a fresh-baked treat, an anonymous gift. Whatever that special person did, do that for someone. Not only will it refresh great memories of that person in your mind, it will honor that person and treat others to something nice. Nothing wrong with that. I would love to hear your stories and memories!
