"The academic crisis and the human crisis are not entirely separate phenomena."

This article from The New York Times shares an opinion that we share: Children learn better in schools where they feel seen, heard, and supported. Provident's School Based Counseling services have expanded into nine districts so students can get the tools they need to succeed in academics and beyond.

Ten years ago, the Zeller family lost Jake to su***de. In his memory, they built something remarkable.

Team Jakey is a St. Louis foundation that has raised more than $500,000 for su***de prevention over the past decade and has been a generous partner to Provident along the way.

At this year's Spirit of Provident Gala, Sam Zeller said something that has stayed with us:

"We all need to listen a little better. We all need to make space for honest, compassionate conversations. We need to remove the stigma around mental health so that people can be seen before they're in crisis."

We are honored to be chosen as their partner. And we are grateful for everything the Zeller family does for this community.

We practice what we preach. 🏅

Provident Behavioral Health has received the Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America for the fourth year in a row.

The Bell Seal is the nation's top recognition for employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. From culture and benefits to leadership and safety, it evaluates the entire employee experience.

We believe the people who show up every day to support our community deserve that same level of care in return.

Access to mental health care shouldn't depend on your zip code, your income, or your circumstances.

At Provident, accessibility is one of our core values. It's one that shapes every program we offer and every fee we set.

This July, we're sharing what that looks like in practice.
