I currently have a few openings for half hour or one hour personal training sessions at Family Life Center in Arnold. If you would like more information shoot me a message, I’d love to answer your questions!

The kids are back in school but the pool is still open! If you’re interested in a 30 minute pool workout that is easy on the joints, gets you outside, and works the whole body PM me!
I have openings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 12:00pm and 12:30pm!

If you’re interested in one on one training (outside of the pool 😜) I have openings at 7:45am on Wednesdays and Fridays at Family Life Center in Arnold, or for Oakville residents I can come to you! Message me for more details 🙂
