I know people make fun of this generation of Mustang but I have to say it really wasn't that bad. The previous Mustangs had gotten bloated so Ford was trying to get back to Mustang's original concept and you could have gotten a V8. I know they were basically a Pinto underneath but a Pinto with a V8.....well now you got something! Considering the era and some of the crap being produced in Detroit....Mustang II wasn't so bad! ;)
