Swung by the Waldron project to bring the best contractor in town some lunch and review the window order. We had to get a bit resourceful when it came to finding a table we could use. 🤪.
Status update: Got news that the building permit has officially be approved! Time to start framing out that basement so we can get an inspector out there! 🎉.
Yesterday made great progress on the garage at the Waldron project.
✅... Old roof completely removed
✅... New roof in place
While we were up there we discovered that the gable needed a bit more TLC than we thought; so we ended up reframing it. I feel like that is the story to every project... once you get into it, there is always a bit more than you initially anticipated.
