Tomorrow we are starting off with a good stretch before the hapé ceremony, followed by a relaxing sound bath meditation 🧘♂️ and then a drum circle to get the energy flowing for a night of live music! There will also be crafts, live art, vendors, games and more! We will have food with vegan and gluten free options, mocktails and a wide selection of other drinks. You can bring an empty bottle to fill up at our water station too. We also suggest bringing a yoga mat, drum, and flow props if you have them! See you tomorrow at 4pm! 🤗

This one is more focused on wellness to get you prepped for what’s to come in May: the Earth Medicine Community & Consciousness (EMC2) Music Festival! Join us in St. Louis for an evening of meditation, ceremony, yoga, drum circle, music and more, starting at 4pm!
