Ready to work just 2–4 days a week while earning a competitive wage? We're hiring Picker/Packers for a focused weekend shift in the Ellisville/Ballwin area for $18.22/hour!

The Role & Schedule
This contract position offers a great way to get your foot in the door with a major company, with the potential to go permanent based on your performance and attendance.

Pay: $18.22 per hour

Core Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Optional Overtime: You can add Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and/or Monday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for extra hours!

As a Picker/Packer, you'll be responsible for finding and collecting merchandise, using a computer or scanner to track inventory, and preparing items for customer shipment. You may also work in the innovative auto-store area where items are brought directly to you! This job requires regular bending, lifting, standing, and walking.

Important Expectations (Please Read!)
This is a Union facility that requires strict adherence to all policies and procedures.

Attendance is Critical: This is the key to success and conversion. A half-point is issued for being late, and one full point for a missed day. Assignments end after accumulating just 2 points.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
