Our Novel Cuisine: Love and Saffron class on July 12 celebrated Kim Fay's heartfelt novel about friendship, food, and the connections that begin with a simple fan letterโand a gift of saffron.
As the class discussed the story, guests enjoyed a menu inspired by the book:

Our sold out Heir and A Parent: Anime โ Oh, The Drama! class on July 12 with Lydia Gwin and Piper Gwin brought favorite anime-inspired foods to life in a fun afternoon of cooking together.
Parents and kids teamed up to create:

Our Berried Treasures demonstration class on July 10 with Mickey Kitterman showcased how peak-season berries can add vibrant flavor, color, and balance to every course of a meal.

๐โจ Every expert Mah Jongg player starts with the first tile.
Our sold out Mahj at The Kitchen: Beginner Lesson 1 on July 9 welcomed new players for a fun and friendly introduction to the timeless game with Janine and Tracy of Mahj with a Twist.
During this 90-minute lesson, guests learned:
๐ The names and meanings of the Mah Jongg tiles
๐ How to read and use the National Mah Jongg League card
๐ฒ Guided game play in a relaxed, welcoming environment
๐ง How Mah Jongg supports memory, strategy, and social connection
With light refreshments, plenty of laughter, and expert instruction, students left inspired and ready to continue their Mah Jongg journey.
Everything needed to play was provided, and with classes limited to just 16 students, everyone enjoyed plenty of personal guidance.
