Lush Libations

Lush at Da Link Up! This time I brought the bar out and it definitely elevated the set up and presentation.

Even though I am hired to work, I'm always intentional about stepping into the room for the conversation and I am glad I did. Dr. Kacie, Dr. Shalai, and Joshua Gilliam dropped gems about overall wellness, navigating within systems, the importance of slowing down and resting, self care, and mental health resources. The conversation was meaningful, validating, and fulfilling. I appreciate being a part of Da Link Up and look forward to serving community each and every time.

Lush Libations was outside for Equal Shares Parenting Roots & Resources Family Day and served up some refreshing lemonades for a good cause.

I truly enjoy doing family friendly events. It gives me the opportunity to create something that everyone can enjoy and the excitement some of the kids express is unmatched 🥰

Sidenote: Somehow the storm kept passing over us. We heard thunder and saw dark clouds at times, but the sun kept breaking through over and over. Take what you will from that 😌
