La Forme Modern Reformer Pilates

True leadership rarely announces itself. It is felt, again and again, until the rest of the world catches up.
We are THRILLED to share that has been named an ambassador.
She is a kind of leader who shows you the way rather than telling you. Who shows up, again and again, even on the days that are hard behind the scenes. Who reads the room, takes everything in, and creates space for the people in it. That is the leader Aga has been since day one.
As our studio manager and lead instructor, she sets the tone for the hospitality, community, and culture that define La Forme. Members feel it the moment they walk in. So do we.
For a studio still early in its story, and an instructor newer to the St. Louis fitness scene, this kind of recognition is telling. has long built its community around movement, growth, and connection. That is close to what we believe here: community, collaboration, and commitment. Seeing Aga recognized in that light affirms something we have known all along.
Thank you to the team at lululemon West County for seeing Aga clearly, for recognizing the leader she is, and for inviting us to collaborate and play. We are grateful, and we are only getting started.
We are especially excited for the visibility this brings to the charitable organization Aga will champion through the partnership. That is leadership extending outward and impacting our community, exactly as it should.
When you step through our doors, you are not simply here for a workout. You are here to be seen, valued, and known. No one embodies that more fully than Aga. We are honored to have her on our team, helping shape the next generation of leaders in reformer Pilates and supporting our St. Louis community and the wider one beyond it.
Congratulations, Aga. We love you. Thank you for your leadership in over 500 classes as of today!!! This moment to celebrate you is so very deserved. 🤍

Show Up. Change Everything.
As a runner, I’ve been missing out...I’ve been adding reformer Pilates into the mix to help with my tight hips. Turns out this is exactly what my running needed.
My legs feel stronger through every mile, my core actually supports me now, and I’m way less sore after long runs.
Wish I’d started this sooner!
Why creating a non-intimidating space mattered so much to me when I started this. 💕
For me, reformer Pilates and fitness have always been about more than just exercise - they’ve been how I’ve found community and connection. When I started La Forme, I wanted to create that same feeling for others.
I know reformer Pilates can feel intimidating. I’ve been there. Walking into a space where you don’t know the equipment, the terminology, or whether you belong. I wanted to take that fear away completely.
Every part of how we teach, how we welcome people, how we’ve built this culture - it’s all designed around encouragement and building confidence. I love watching someone walk in nervous on their first day and leave feeling strong, capable, and part of our community.
That transformation - from intimidated to empowered - that’s really the heart of why I built this studio. Everyone deserves to feel like they belong in a space that’s working to make them stronger.
Come see what we’ve created:
→ Curious? 3 classes for $59
→ Committed? 8 classes for $160

Your future self called. She wants you to start doing these 5 moves. 🍑
These reformer Pilates moves aren’t just exercise for exercise’s sake - they’re training you for life.
1️⃣ Side-lying Leg Sweeps strengthen your glutes and hip stabilizers - the muscles that keep you steady when you’re walking, standing in line, or catching yourself on an uneven sidewalk.
2️⃣ Oblique Sweeps train the muscles that rotate your torso and resist unwanted twist. Translation: they fire every time you reach across the passenger seat, swing a tennis racket, or carry a few too many grocery bags on one side of your body.
3️⃣ Standing Inner Thigh work strengthens your adductors - the often-ignored muscles that stabilize your pelvis and keep your knees tracking in line. They show up every time you balance on one foot, step out of a car, or settle into your favorite yoga poses. (Weak adductors are a leading contributor to knee pain and falls as we age… we’re not having it.)
4️⃣ Single-Leg Squats build the unilateral strength you need for stairs and uneven surfaces, and power every step you take. (And trust us, your glutes 🔥 will remind you they exist.)
5️⃣ Squat Hold + Standing Row trains your lower body to hold steady while your upper body does the work - a combination your real life demands constantly. You find yourself here when you: open a heavy door, drag your suitcase off the carousel, pull a heavy grocery cart toward you, or holding a squat to pick something up without rounding your back. Bonus: the rowing motion strengthens the upper-back muscles that counter all the forward rounding from phones and laptops.

Your breath is doing way more work than you think.
In our classes, breathing isn’t background noise - it’s the main event. Your breath is how you access your deep core, stabilize your spine, and move with real power instead of just going through the motions.
It teaches your body how to stabilize during any challenging movement in life - lifting your luggage, carrying your toddler, or getting up from the floor.
Breathe with purpose and feel the difference in every movement. We can’t wait to teach you at laformepilates.com
We heard if your outfit is cute, then your workout feels easier 🤭
That meeting REALLY could have been an email 📧. Especially on a Friday afternoon.
Good news: all that pent-up patience translates beautifully into a longer plank hold. (Yes you can!)
50 minutes. Real strength. No follow-up calendar invite or “circling back” required.
You’ve got this. We’ve got you. 😘
