The Benton Park Inn said goodbye to Bella years ago, goodbye to Gertie in 2021, and then hello to Rosie.

Happy New Year! Holidays are over. I hope you enjoyed yours. I'm packing up the last of Christmas. I like to leave the decorations up through New Year's and Epiphany. It's a good excuse to leave decorations up longer.

I have one New year's resolution. Besides losing weight, eating right, exercising, etc. Those resolutions I've made lots of years before. This year, I will blog!

The Benton Park Inn has a new reservation system. The company I was working with was bought out. I've now partnered with ThinkReservation. I think it's going to make the experience of booking through my website much easier and more pleasant. A few hiccups so far, but I hope to get the hang of it soon. Here's to 2019!

PS Gertie got squeaky toys for Christmas. Why Santa!?! Why!?!
