The beauty of having an association management system that is offered as a Software as a Service is that your license entitles you to improvements in the core code and functionality. The latest iteration of Engage AMS, 7.00.00, includes the following upgrades:

Membership Directory Search

This latest release provides a membership search feature that isn't just first name and last name but now adds individual attributes. These custom fields are always different.

Automatic Renewals

As before, memberships can be configured to be "auto-renewed." We have now also enabled the service to review Membership using the Grace Period and do the following:

Send out notifications about an upcoming renewal.
Expire the Membership if no action is taken before Grace Period expires.
Custom Form Builder Enhancements

We've added new presets to aid in building a new Custom Form to make it easier.

Facility Editor Enhancements

We have improved our Facility/Venue editor to validate addresses. As part of this, we automatically capture the Google related information for you to use on Reports or on Event Templates. Providing a map to the location of your event is a great enhancement.

Membership Registration Configuration Improvements

We have added support to hide/show many of the fields that are displayed on the demographic step of the registration process. This includes hiding/showing of which Address will be used the default.
