Your help unloading portable cribs and getting them ready for our home visitors means more than you know. Because of your hard work, more babies will have a safe place to sleep, and our nurses and Community Health Workers can spend more time focused on supporting the families they serve.

Before every home visit, our Community Health Workers spend time preparing for the families they'll see that day. They gather supplies, think through each family's needs, and get ready for conversations that offer encouragement, education, and support.

Every visit is about so much more than what's in the bag. It's about building trust, celebrating milestones, answering questions, and walking alongside parents as they care for their newest little ones.
