Mastering the art of rafting up ✅

Kayaking the blue waters of Catalina quickly became a favorite activity!

Learning to raft up was a lesson in communication, collaboration, and resisting all temptation to flip your buddies 👀

Eeling for CA Moray Eels ✅

This one was a first for all of us, and we used the remains from our squid dissection as bait!

Fun fact: Moray eels have two sets of jaws, so no hook is required! They attach with their second set of jaws as they swallow the squid and release when they’ve got the bait.
