For far too long, women veterans have carried the weight of service, leadership, caregiving, transition, grief, and survival, often in silence.

In honor of Women Veterans Recognition Day, the authors of Latinas Rising and Rebecca Meredith from Enlightened Pelvic Health are coming together to create a space centered on healing, restoration, and community.

Latinas Rising in partnership with Pallottine Renewal Center presents: Women Veterans: Resilience Reimagined, a 1-Day Retreat intentionally designed for women veterans ready to renew, reflect, refresh, and restore alongside other women who understand the journey.

Together, we will explore:
🌺Life after service
🌺Naming moral injury and invisible wounds
🌺Nervous-system restoration through a meditative sound bath
🌺Pelvic health and whole-woman wellness
🌺Connection, belonging, and familia

This retreat will intentionally honor your military service and provide you with tools to continue the healing journey.
