Two homes, two chances to put down roots in Dutchtown! 4120 and 4122 Nebraska are officially on the market, listed at $215,000 each and sitting right next door to one another. Move in solo, or convince your best friend it’s time to become neighbors.

Both homes are part of LDG’s new construction homes, built to give more families the chance to own in Dutchtown. Down payment assistance of at least $35,000 is available for qualifying buyers! Best to move quickly because the down payment program ends September 30th!

Sharing this great opportunity from Dutchtown Main Streets! We know from our own work restoring vacant buildings across Dutchtown how much architectural expertise can help a project succeed. Excited to see more partners get involved in Dutchtown!

Calling all architects: help bring Dutchtown homes back to life!

We are expanding incremental development across Dutchtown, and we are looking for architects who want to be part of it.

All over the neighborhood, neighbors are taking on vacant, structurally damaged buildings and doing the hard work of returning them to use. It is meaningful work. It is also risky, and most of these sweat equity developers carry that risk on their own. They rarely have the upfront capital to pay full price for architecture and design on top of everything else a rehab demands.

That is where the right partner can make the difference.

We want to connect with large firms or professionals ready to:

🏠 Bring architectural and design expertise to rehab projects led by neighbors

🏡 Help reduce the risk in the earliest and hardest stage of saving a damaged building

🔨 Build a lasting partnership in one of the most diverse and dense neighborhoods in St. Louis

If your firm wants to put its talent toward real neighborhood revitalization, we want to hear from you.

Thank you to the volunteers for spending the day with us in Dutchtown! After a tour of the neighborhoodand LDG projects, the team worked at Marquette Park—picking up trash, planting Missouri natives, and painting planters. We are so grateful for giving their time, energy, and hard work to one of our greatest community spaces!
