Saturday @ 9AM - Join spiritual guide Mary Elizabeth Grimes and meditation leader Sandra J. Jackson, for a guided meditation experience at Power Creative. This session draws on God’s wisdom to create space for rest, reflection, and spiritual growth.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps them relax and settle in: mat, blanket, pillows, etc. Come prepared to slow down, center yourself, and connect in a peaceful, supportive environment.
