Today is bittersweet as we celebrate and honor Rich Niedbalski, our vice president of production, who is retiring after 42 years. Family, friends, co-workers and Schaeffer retirees were on hand to congratulate Rich and thank him for his contributions to the company: expanding plant production and processes, developing a strong plant team and always bringing humor to any situation.
