Hi friends of the WCC,

Hope you’re well. I’m asking for a little help with the finances of the WCC. As you may or may not know, the WCC lost our third floor tenant. They left us holding the bag on a lot of expenses related to repairs to their space, coupled with a loss of one third of our income for our ongoing bills.
