Ima weight lifting girly but recently joined a run club to get some extra cardio in. Last weekend was my first run with and they sparked something in me that I didn’t know I needed. Hit the trail without the club today and despite how the pic looks I feel great. I look forward to the mental and physical gains while on this new aspect of my fitness journey!
