Inspire Wellness STL

Sometimes I think social media bios leave out the best parts of who we are.

Mine says Ima a wellness coach and supplement founder...but it doesn't mention the early morning bootcamp years, my coffee obsession, navigating celiac life, living in leggings, physical therapy becoming part of my routine, recovering from open heart surgery, relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine, family adventures, or the dog I never expected to love so much.

The truth is, we are all so much more than a few words in a bio.

So now I'm curious...

If your bio could include one thing it doesn't currently say, what would it be?

Funny, honest, sentimental...I'd love to read them all ❤️
