Today is the International Day of UN Peacekeepers; and this year’s theme couldn’t be more fitting: Invest in Peace.🕊️✌️💙

Real peace isn’t built with weapons. It’s built by the civilians, police officers, and military personnel who serve under the UN flag in some of the world’s most fragile places — protecting civilians, monitoring ceasefires, enabling aid, and supporting political solutions.

We believe in a world where we invest in peace before crisis, not just after. That means funding diplomacy, community infrastructure, and international cooperation, not just weapons systems.

Missouri’s Supreme Court upheld a gerrymandered map drawn specifically to flip a Democratic congressional seat — at Trump’s request. Congress controls a $900B+ military budget. Who holds those seats matters enormously. The good news: 300,000 Missourians signed to put this to a referendum in November. Democracy and the peace economy are the same fight.
