As part of NorthPoint Development's 364 Logistics Center, Building 4 of the industrial development will span 645,000 SF. The build-to-suit cross-dock distribution warehouse is also targeting LEED Silver Certification. Beautiful day on the course last week with MBSH - Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital Foundation for the 2026 Ambassador Golf Classic ⛳ The 26th Annual Golf Tournament at Sullivan Golf Course raised funds in support of local healthcare initiatives. Kadean's Healthcare Business Unit is proud to have supported the event as a hole sponsor and joined members of Sullivan Hospital and BJC Planning, Design and Construction on the course.

Project Completion: Nidec MOEN

Kadean is proud to share the finished office renovation for NIDEC Corporation in partnership with Cobalt Construction Consulting. Spanning 50,000 SF across two floors in a multi-tenant office building, our teams worked hard to get the facility ready for Nidec MOEN's relocation in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The space features a 7,500 SF QC/R&D motor laboratory with testing, set-up, and breakdown stations.

Our teams also delivered a separate office finish outside of the lab space including conference rooms, private offices, a training room, open workstations, shipping/receiving space, and cafe break areas.

The speculative industrial development is designed to support modern logistics and distribution needs in the region. Kadean is serving as the general contractor for the project and is excited to be teaming up with our repeat client, NorthPoint Development, as we continue delivering projects in the St. Louis market and beyond.

Tilt panels are coming out of the snow in Annville, Pennsylvania! Kadean Construction is back on site with NorthPoint Development expanding Building 1 of the Eagle Point Logistics Park. The original 1.1M SF facility is a cross-dock speculative warehouse completed by our team in 2023. We are proud to help continue to grow this Class A logistics hub.
