Healing can happen in community.

Join our Healthy Friendships Workshop on May 19 from 5:00–6:30 PM as we explore how trauma can impact friendships and how to build safe, supportive, and positive connections after experiencing trauma. Through discussion, reflection, and interactive activities, survivors will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others in a supportive space.

This workshop is open to survivors ages 14+ and prior counseling is recommended.
