FIT 4 GOOD
I have a freezer filled with 80% seafood, but turkey tails 😍🤣are in my fridge. Anyway, after fixing my Mediterranean Salmon from Aldi in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400° - I try to "crisp" the skin in my cast iron skillet. While working on that I get some of my "Uncle's" low carb BBQ sauce as a final touch. Lemme tell y'all....I should have took pictures of the empty bowls. Don't sleep 😴 on G. Hughes sauces at Schnuck's and Walmart.
Idk if I just wanna do lean and green meals or a salad 🥗 for my "June Challenge". What y'all eating this week??
