Every day, St. Louis hospitals discharge patients who are too sick for the streets but no longer need a hospital bed. Without somewhere safe to recover, they come back — sicker, and more in crisis. This gap costs lives and millions in avoidable healthcare spending. Three Steps Home exists to close this gap.

Three Steps Home will introduce medical recuperative care for individuals experiencing housing instability—providing a safe place to heal after hospitalization.
