In addition to our “every weekend” biscuits and gravy, biscuits and jam, and cheesy potato casserole, this weekend features an Oatmeal Bowl cooked with strawberries, blueberries, brown sugar, cinnamon,and pecans and topped with banana, chocolate chips, and pepitas; an Oven Roasted Cauliflower Soup topped with bacon, scallions, and parsley oil; and a Spicy Vegan Pho with rice noodles, mushrooms, Thai chili, and scallions. For those of you living in the new 7th Ward (see map), the Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association is hosting a candidate forum on Tuesday, February 28, at 7pm at Stray Dog Theatre, 2336 Tennessee Avenue. It’s a great chance to learn about the candidates and become an informed voter!
