Congratulations to Chris H. and Donny R. on completing the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Apprenticeship Classroom Training! 👏

144 hours of classroom instruction are required, along with 8,000 hours of hands-on experience in the field. Once completed, apprentices earn Department of Labor certification as Professional Electricians.

Programs like IEC are a key part of how our team continues to grow, strengthen skills, and uphold high standards across every project.

We currently have 19 employees enrolled, and we’re proud to support their progress by covering tuition and investing in their development. ☀️

This week, we’re revisiting our solar install at Green Trails Elementary School in Chesterfield, Missouri. The school name really says it all. ☀️🌱

Installed in July 2019, this 75 kW system helped put the 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯 in Green Trails. This array brings clean, renewable power to the school and creates a brighter future for the next generation.
