Talking about mental health matters. This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re helping break the stigma—together. 💚Our Marian community hosted an inspiring conversation on mental health. Alumnae and current students led such an honest, thoughtful panel on recognizing mental health crises, navigating toxic behavior, building character, self‑advocacy, and healthy boundaries.

A huge thank‑you to Valeria, Amerynn, Faith, and Essence for pouring into their peers with so much heart. The leadership and sisterhood in the room were inspiring.
