As part of our ongoing community outreach and tornado response efforts, we invite you to participate stress-reducing activities like yoga, guided meditation, arts & crafts and more!

Thank you to everyone who came out today to JoyFest! …and to all who participated in the different group activities from belly dancing, to karate, to drumming and dancing, releasing through acupuncture and through holding space for one another to grieve, reflect and journal. Wow! Today was so EVERYTHING.

We’ll also have two free community classes indoors:

Survival IQ, hosted by Brother Ali from 12 PM- 1 PM and

Sacred Belly Dancing, hosted by Mantra Lotus from 1 PM - 2 PM
