For over 55 years, Skate King has been more than a rink — it’s been a community.
Many of you know Mr. Mathew Foggy, Jr. as the man who kept the doors open, the music playing, and generations rolling. What some may not know is that he’s also spent 30+ years researching and sharing African-American history that often goes untold.
This February, Mr. Foggy is hosting two special community events in St. Louis connected to that work through the Unpaid Labor Contribution Project.
If you’ve ever supported Skate King, this is a great opportunity to support him and learn something new along the way.
