We’re proud to advance Hughes House Three (Phase 4) in Fort Worth—bringing 78 new homes across three garden-style buildings to support a vibrant, mixed-income community.

This thoughtfully designed development includes LIHTC, PBV, PSH, and market-rate units, helping ensure housing opportunities for a range of residents. In partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions and a strong project team, we’re continuing our commitment to quality housing and community investment.
