One of my favorite recipes yet still to this day… Barbacoa Beef for taco’s executed in the mother land and taught to me by the pro’s in North Texas.
This recipe utilizes a 70:30 ratio of beef brisket to beef cheek meat which is definitely the secret ingredient that breaks the scale when rating the outcome. Wanna learn how? Just ask!
