Frame 2 interior walls

Frame Fire place

Demo 2 non load bearing walls

Reroute existing electrical

Insulate

Hang drywall

Hang Durock for fireplace

Paint ceilings and walls

Remove and Install new flooring

Tile fire place

Install ship lap

Build custom floating shelves and mantle

Stain custom floating shelves and mantle

This time the orders reversed! After photo

Yet another gorgeous kitchen remodel for a client's rental property. This one involved moving the sink and associated plumbing, new cabinets, hardware, countertops, appliances, flooring, baseboards, and backsplash.
