RESPONSIBILITTIES:
• Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting issued to Management and the Board of Advisors.
• Performance of variance analysis as compared to budget, forecast and prior year.
• Establishment and maintenance of key performance indicators specific to the Marketing function with monthly measurement against goals and objectives.
• Systemize and maintain profitability reporting related to key customers and consumers; provide data analysis for decision support on new accounts, contract and pricing changes, etc.
• Support the Controllership function during month end close, year-end close, and annual audit as assigned.
• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for existing and new business initiatives
• Cross train as backup for other team members
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Three years or more of experience as a financial analyst.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups and experience with Big Data
• ERP Experience
• Manufacturing or commodities experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops and interprets Human Resource Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Team Member relations, health and safety, pay and benefits, work rules, recruitment, training, discipline and separation
• Identifies training opportunities, approves and conducts orientation and training programs for Team Members
• Conducts hiring and pre-employment screening processes and provides information to Applicants regarding benefits, personnel policies and procedures as needed
• Advises Supervisors about proper disciplinary procedures and assists them with disciplining and counseling Team Members when appropriate
• Identifies and determines the causes of personnel challenges; develops and presents recommendations for improvement in areas of concern
• Explanation of all benefits including but not limited to open enrollment, benefit analysis and compliance with Policies
• Prepares and maintains reports in compliance with State and Federal regulations including but not limited to Workers Compensation programs, EEO, OSHA, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, ERISA, ACA and FLSA
• Maintains information systems that include all personnel records and files, automated systems, and personnel and staffing reports
• Reviews all Team Member separations, conducts exit interviews and provides management feedback regarding Team Member relations issues
• Stays current with employment law developments and informs Management of upcoming impacts to the Company, then implements changes as needed
• Works directly with the Management Team to set overall organizational policies and priorities, and considers and analyzes the implications of proposed actions and decisions on the whole of the Company
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Communication, or related field
• 7 years related experience in Human Resources management
• Professional certification such as the Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification preferred
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Document all reporting requirements, data sources used and recommended report writing applications.
• Develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing and presenting data. Ensure methodologies are updated to recognize changing requirements. Standardize.
• Develop useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources. Consider data repositories (Salesforce, client systems, etc.) and ensure consistent reporting and accurate data. Examine data quality.
• Create programs, methodologies and files for analyzing and presenting data.
• Manage report distribution, security and automation. Comply with client deadlines.
• Provide trending data, review and interpret the results
• Point out problems with process, productivity and/or quality and participate with HIM in problem solving.
• Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.
• Use available data to support performance improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of advanced formal training within Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Science, Data Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ professional work experience with exposure to report-writing, interpreting and analyzing data, and data modeling.
• Skill in operating a personal computer and business software solutions. High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Healthcare related experience; understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security standards.
