Finally made some steak in my new pans. Love the crust, these impress every time I use them. Filet, onion, mushroom and some blue cheese.

My wife sent me a recipe from I am trying to eat gluten free for a while and this was a great first recipe to try. I didn’t use the celery and I will add zucchini on the next go around. Thanks for the recipe and I cant wait to try more gluten and vegan free recipes soon.
