We gather in a safe, supportive space to share ceremonial cacao, set personal intentions, and connect with ourselves and one another through mindfulness and community. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, self-love, or simply a moment of peace, this heart-centered practice helps create a foundation for the ecstatic dance and sound bath that follow.

Found a beautiful event space downtown st.louis off of 4th Street. Time to start creating! We are looking at July 11th and July 25th for our next ecstatic dances. Details announced soon. Much love everyone!

We want to be completely transparent with everyone at Ryse above. We plan on continuing the ecstatic dance journeys and are looking for a space that we can dance freely. every other week. I will be having my dances at facilities that will be smoke free. I do believe in plant medicine and all the beautiful things it has to offer! I believe more in respecting everyone and their comfort and I also believe using plant medicine even w**d can also give you a blockage to what you can do naturally, connecting with one self! At future events it will be smoke free inside the event.

Ryse Above accepts everyone. These are no judgement, safe spaces always. Unity through community!
