April’s Revive in Sound soundbath is extra special. We’ll start with calming, restorative sounds to help you let go and recharge. Afterward, will be there with fresh, cold-pressed juice , a nourishing way to reconnect with your body.

I wanted to share something I’ve been working on for our soundbath gatherings, a little Comfort Guide to help your body feel fully supported and at ease. ✨

Sometimes lying down for a while can be harder than we think, so this guide has tips on extra cushioning, pillows, blankets, and even side lying or chair options. Whatever helps you relax and really enjoy the experience.
