When most people hear the word "elastic," they picture something soft and stretchy. But elasticity actually refers to a material's ability to return to its original shape after being put under stress. By that definition, steel outperforms rubber. 🔩

When you bend rubber, it deforms and slowly creeps back. When steel is placed under load within its design limits, it snaps back to its original shape almost instantly. That is why bridges, skyscrapers, and industrial structures are built out of it. 🏢 The material that looks rigid is actually one of the most elastic things on the planet.

Today, the Atlas Iron Works family had the privilege of doing something very special.

We were honored to donate a custom-built gaming PC to 13-year-old Dominik Stock, who is courageously battling Neuroblastoma cancer. Fun fact - Dominik built this computer himself!

While we can't take away the challenges that come with this fight, we hope this gift brings Dominik countless hours of fun, adventure, and a chance to simply be a kid.

Dominik, your courage and strength inspire all of us. Everyone at Atlas Iron Works is standing behind you and your family as you continue this battle.
