Your level of involvement can vary, depending on the company you work with. At Unidev, we pride ourselves on our project management abilities. Delivering projects on time and on budget with stellar customer service. We do that by heavily involving clients during the discovery and design phases to clearly capture the business needs.

Once we move into development, your involvement typically shifts to regular updates and checkpoints to keep things on track without needing daily input. During quality assurance, we’ll encourage more involvement again to ensure everything meets your expectations. Finally, in deployment, your role becomes minimal as we prepare for launch.
