Introducing The Marshall — the newest landmark in urban living that’s got everyone talking! 🌆✨ Situated in the heart of the city, this stunning new building is home to more than just luxury apartments — it’s a bold statement in design. And at the center of it all? A jaw-dropping 30ft fabricated aluminum sign proudly brands the building with the words "Urban Living Tailored To The Billiken Nation." 🏙️💙

The process for crafting the impressive 30ft corner-mounted sign begins in our design department as soon as we receive the approved drawings. From there, it’s all about precision engineering—ensuring the fasteners are expertly chosen to handle the weight of this big boy and ensure it stands tall, strong, and flawless. 🏗️
