The question comes up a lot: "When are you opening?"

Well, we're not opening this month (June). And we might not be open next month (July). But within the first week, or so, of that next month (August), we should have lights on, beignets coming out of the kitchen and drinks going across the bar. These are the plans, as of this second. Stuff's happening daily around Chatawa and Grand Pied, and once The Paperwork Gods smile upon us, things'll really be happening.

In the meantime, we'd invite you to visit some friends in the neighborhood, over at The Drawing Board. Most-recently known as Ryder's Tavern and the long-time home of the popular Bleeding Deacon (at 4123 Gravois @ Chippewa), The Drawing Board is open every night but Monday. Really good pub fare, drinks, vibe. And on Sundays, in particular, you may see folks involved in our operation on either side of the bar.
