Murph update:
This morning started with a battle against the snooze button... and the snooze button won the first round.
While trying to get moving, Colin was explaining to his son Clark 🐶 that sometimes it's okay to hit snooze. It's okay to take a pause. It's okay if you don't start perfectly.
What matters is not letting that pause turn into a negative feedback loop that keeps you on the couch all day.
Whether it's a workout, a project, or something you've been putting off, give yourself a little grace, then get up and get after it. The goal isn't perfection. It's honoring your commitments and continuing to move forward.
(Clark was mostly focused on breakfast, but we're pretty sure he agrees.)
