Diva 8th Bday Party complete with makeovers at Sweet and Sassy and while yes, their pink limo is awesome, we had places to go.. So we took a PARTY BUS to our fancy dinner at the Melting Pot, complete with cheese and chocolate fondue and a beautiful black and gold glitter cake complete with a white satin fondant ribbon. The makeovers included mani/pedis, makeup, temp tattoos, hairdos, the party bus had boas and ribbons, fun music and party lights, and the dinner had all the fancy charm and sparkle you could need. Completed with tiaras, because why wouldn’t we?

Our low key home celebration. Morning was a diva’s event with a donut tower and some foxy decorations to make her feel special (we keep a mini helium tank on hand for these days) and after school and dinner out at her favorite restaurant, we came home to the best chocolate covered strawberry and glitter cake we have ever had. And since it was to be low key diva classy, the presents were minimal but more expensive this year and we wrapped them in way to match! (She got VIP concert tickets to something she really wanted and we followed that theme present-wise.) And don’t forget a badge or crown for school to let everyone know it’s their special day!

No horsing around, this horseback riding 7th bday party was a favorite! Held at Kraus Farms in Fenton/Eureka, we had a cute barn room that was big enough for a equine themed piñata, kid games, and enough little girls to make their own rodeo! Miniature horses were there for grooming and cuddles and the big horses were waiting to give rides to all of our little cowgirls! Sterilized helmets were provided for safety. And FYI this was in January and the barns were kept fairly warm, especially the one we had the party itself in.. no freezing here! There were candy goodie bags, a horse shoe craft, coloring sheets, dominos pizza, and a beautiful horse and sunset silhouette cake from Amy’s Cakes. Kids took turns between the mini horse sessions and the rides to keep them busy and then they all took turns showing off their muscles and ranch skills on the piñata!
