I am so excited to be partnering up with Life Coach, Cindy Richardson, for our Power of I Am Workshop MARCH 13!

Upon arrival, participants receive a private, one on one consultation which utilizes muscle testing to determine the affirmation or affirmations that are currently for their highest and greatest good. Once the participants have received their affirmations, they will participate in a group coaching to address how their mindset and affirmations can be fused together to positively impact choices. After the coaching, clients will participate in an exercise that will neurologically load the affirmation/s into their nervous system for greatest success.

Join me for my Daily Skills for Empaths and Sensitive People workshop TOMORROW!

This class teaches daily skills for empaths, or people who are sensitive to their surroundings. Empaths, or sensitive people, often absorb emotions from those around them, have difficulty in crowds, or find themselves anxious when around groups. Absorbing the emotions and energies of others can leave empaths with a high level of anxiety, especially if they are not familiar with tools to clear these energies from their systems. This class teaches daily skills that can be used to block and clear your energy system, home and work space.

This class is offered online, live and recorded. In person attendance at Myofascial STL Plus, 10820 Sunset Office Dr, St. Louis, MO. Online and recorded versions presented over Zoom at the same time as in person class. Class fee is $75. Date is Feb 16, 2023 @ 7 pm.
