What are you plans for the weakend?
And yes I said weak end. Because by the time we hit Friday from all the things we have to do Monday through Thursday we are literally exhausted.
How can we turn the weak end around to be a powerful ending? Simply by saying I deserve this time to unwind. I deserve a link to affirm I done a great job. I deserve some motivation. I deserve healthy words spoken to me. I am everything I should be and more. I am powerful.
The weekend should be a time to reset.
