Just reminiscing a little while things are pretty “out of season” in my local area at the moment. 🍄🌿

This was one of my favorite finds from this year, photographed on Mount Cordeaux in Queensland, Australia. These tiny Mycena mushrooms — possibly Bleeding Fairy Helmets — were scattered across the damp forest wood like little pink lanterns glowing in the mossy shadows. ✨

Moments like these are exactly why I love wandering through forests with a camera. You never know when you’ll stumble across something that feels almost magical. And yes… I turned this scene into a reel that everyone seems to love. 👀📸
