For a project like the Kirkwood Ice Rink, the concrete pour represents one of the most collaborative milestones on the jobsite.

From suppliers and pump operators to finishers and project teams, dozens of professionals worked together to place the rink slab, which contains nearly 12 miles of refrigeration piping that will help maintain the future ice surface.

The slab is now undergoing a 14-day wet curing process that helps maximize the concrete's strength and durability.
