1. This is a mission of God from one city to the next. It was a continuous journey. They walked into the Jewish Temple and sat down.

2. It was normal in culture to pick out someone to bring the message.

3. Paul encouraged them to look back then to look up. God never leaves His children alone. You can depend on God to keep his promises.

4. God often put up with our stuff even in our disobedience complaining and mumbling. Gid has provided in the past present and he will in the future. God shall provide all our needs according to his riches in glory.

5. God is patient with us. Through all our failures, having our own agenda God is patient with us. He doesn't beat us down but loves us. He embraces us. God loves us no matter what. He is kind and merciful towards us.

6. God uses imperfect people to accomplish his plan for redemption. We are everyday missionaries carring hope to the world. He uses dead in sin people and bring them to life in him to tell the world there is Life in salvation. Hope is revealed to everyone.

7. How often do we hear the Sermon preached and go to the Pastor or Preacher and say great sermon, do we go home and study the message and see if it lined up with the word of God, or do we just leave and never give it a second thought. We should have a desire to want more of the word of God. We should study more and more to know the word and grow in the word.

1. God isn't committed to our comfort, He's committed to our blessing. Sometimes God moves in a different direction we must be willing to move with Him.

2. God speaks while His people are seeking Him. These men came from different nations. They had nothing in common but they all worshipped the Savior. Ministry without God becomes mechanical.

3. The calling didn't begin in Antioch but in heaven. When God speaks we should get in a hurry to listen. God intended His church to be a launching pad not a storage place.

4. Gods calling means releasing. Faith is always measured by what we're willing to release. You cannot embrace God's future by holding on to yesterday's past. Obedience doesn't remove obstacles.

5. God's direction always bring directions. Every sermon and scripture in the Bible should lead us to Jesus Christ.

Pastor Henderson feeding us the word of God 2 Timothy 1-5-6 verse " A Faith That Lives On".

1. When life get difficult for us, we should rely on our faith. Jesus can and does make a difference in our lives. You can't encounter Him and remain the same.

2. Genuine Faith, it's not something that only works in church, it lived day to day. It's not made up, it's don't give up through trials. Genuine faith keep holding on even when tears are falling. Genuine Faith says "I'm gonna trust God ".

3. Generation faith, it travels down from Generation to Generation. We learn that faithful people refuse to quit. We need to share Jesus with our children and they need to see us as Mother's working our faith. The greatest inheritance we can receive is not money but a relationship with God.

4. Gifted faith, our gifts that God has blessed us with gifts needs to be stirred up and used for His purpose. God has given us these gifts not to just sit dormant, but to bless Him.

Mother's continue to show your children something that the world can't give, tell them about the love of Jesus Christ.

1. Pressure reveals character not builds it. Stephen teaches us about faith. He didn't just have the Spirit, the Spirit had him so he was full of the Spirit. Stephen was saturated with the Spirit.

2. Faith is rooted in character. Reputation is not built overnight. He had wisdom and stood on his faith.

3. Knowledge is knowing a tomato, but wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad! Power without wisdom is dangerous.

4. Stephen trusted God in every way, his faith didn't failed. We walk by faith not by sight.

5. Faith Opperates In power. You don't have to be behind a pulpit, God can use you where you are to bring other's to Him. Opersition doesn't always come from folks that don't know God, but from those that say they are save and sanctified, Holy Ghost filled....church folks!

6. Faith under pressure reveals what's in you. It's not temporary. It's possible to have religion on the outside but reject God on the inside. The people God sends us, we reject.

7. When you're stone in life for what you believe, will you be able to stand? When you stand in life, on the job just look up and see the Glory Of The Son Of God!
