Fast Lane Real Estate is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. This is an in-office, full time position. We are a growing Real Estate Investment business focused on marketing direct to sellers and renovating the purchased properties to sell.

We are looking for a hard working, highly organized, self motivated, individual who has experience in office administration. Real Estate experience is a huge plus.

This is a highly flexible role but consistent responsibilities include:

- Assisting Project Managers
- Accounting and Financial Tasks
- Management of Office Space
- Pulling Reports for Owners
- Managing Schedules and Emails
